This special adhesive is extremely versatile and designed for use on a wide variety of materials. With a fast set time, it eliminates the need for nails, staples, screws and other mechanical fasteners (in most applications), yet it is ideal for assembly applications where longer open times are desired. Coverage Approx. 71 linear feet of 1/16" (OD bead) per 50 gram cartridge Working surfaces Surfaces must be dry and free from any dust, dirt or other material that may deter adhesion. Apply adhesive using the HiPURformer adhesive applicator. Join the surfaces to be bonded together, ensure proper alignment of pieces and hold firmly in place until the adhesive sets (approximately 75 seconds). Cleanup Allow any squeeze out to become firm and remove it with a putty knife or scraper. Fully cured material can be removed by sanding or cutting. Do not use heat or flame to remove adhesive.
